Let me apologize in advance if you thought these four biceps exercises were going to somehow deliver magical results. They won’t. But allow me to fill you in on a secret that longtime bodybuilders know that few newcomers care to believe: It’s more than just the exercises you do that matter most. That’s right, selecting the best exercises is just one variable that affects your overall success in building big arms. You want to know the others? Here’s a summary:
Looking for a new program to get your lats sore and grow massive back? Look no further! Try this workout to build your back and round out your physique. Note: if you want to ramp up your workout, try some cardio moves (jump rope, burpees, box jumps) between sets to enhance your calorie burning.
This is one of my favorite upper body workouts, because it targets every major muscle group in the upper torso the: biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulder and everyone’s favorite the abs.
In case you haven’t noticed…football is finally back! Whether you like football or not, those players are in phenomenal shape. Watching a no huddle offense operate at such a high level of intensity is awe inspiring when you think about it. Players get 40 seconds or less of a rest before they start a new play, sometimes running 8-10 plays or more a series.

I had a couple of requests on our Facebook page (click here to subscribe) for a toning and core workout routine. Those seem to go hand in hand, so I created the ultimate two week plan to lose some body fat and hit those abs hard!
Here’s a great workout for your legs that will surely make for a difficult time walking once you are done. You are going to start with a Monster Set (in this case, three different exercises performed right after one another). Be sure to warm-up and stretch a little before.
